I offer both leadership & personal coaching, as well as short term conflict coaching to individuals who need help working through a specific conflict. I have a niche expertise in working with white leaders of non-profits and mission based organization on issues of power and privilege. Established clients can also call on me for emergency conflict coaching as needed.
- Hire hadley for 6-10 sessions to work through specific personal conflict goal - like being less conflict avoidant, working towards a hard conversation, or learning your conflict style.
- Build a retainer contract to have hadley be available to coach staff at an organization monthly on conflict and culture goals
- Request ad hoc “emergency conflict coaching” for support in addressing a specific conflict. hadley can talk through complicated dynamics, offer role plays for hard conversations, and help you get clear on the strategies you can use to address conflict and see your needs heard.
- My standard rate is $150 per 90 minute session. Most clients I meet every other week while working on specific goals and monthly for those seeking continued support and accountability.
- Established clients can access emergency conflict coaching
- I also offer retainer packages that guarantee access to my time and support outside of regular sessions. Those range from $1500-$5000 per month depending on the intensity and number of people being coached.

If you need an emcee, a speaker, panelist, etc., I do not fear the microphone and have lots of stories to share. I’ve developed multiple curricula relating to equity, nonviolence and belonging which I can customize into conversations to meet your group’s curiosity. My training style is very interactive and conversation based.

If you are in the curiosity stage, I can help with board retreats and strategic planning, and will work with you to design focus groups or assessments to learn from your community.
- hadley has facilitated strategic retreats for Spokane Regional Health District, River City Youth Ops, Better Health Together, Greater Spokane Progress, and more.
- hadley can train groups on restorative conflict and nonviolence, and developed 12 hours work of equity and anti-racism curriculum which can be customized for group trainings or public speaking.
- My minimum for a structured group training or meeting is $1500 for 2 hours, and increases with time and group size
- An average board retreat style meeting (think a half day for up to 12 people) costs $2500 and grows with more people or longer sessions.
- For public speaking, participatory design, community engagement work, and other facilitated activities I generally develop a package cost based on a rate of $175/hour.

If you are seeking help with a conflict (or want to plan ahead before conflicts comes) I am a trained mediator and circle practice facilitator. I can work with your group to investigate a conflict that is in play, and practice skills for healthy conflict reconciliation.

- Hire hadley for a regular circle practice to deepen understanding and trust in your group
- Hire hadley for mediation, to address a specific conflict between different parties. You don’t have to be an existing client to request mediation.
- Include access to mediation in your conflict reconciliation policy and keep hadley on retainer to be available as needed
- My standard mediation and circle practice rate is $115 per hour. I bill for the time in mediation as well as any pre-meetings or investigation that occurs before.
- I offer sliding scale for mediation on a case by case basis, please don’t let cost be a barrier to asking if I can help
