COACHING & FACILITATION
for moments of
CURIOSITY and CONFLICT

Conflict Coaching

I started my coaching practice to help people fight most effectively for the things that matter most to them. I believe how we fight is just as important as what we fight for, and seek to help others grow skills to be curious in conflict with each other.

This is a simple summary of the way I do work. I am very relational and always want to start with a free 30 minutes chat to get to know your goals, and can customize activities do meet your needs.

Services

Individual Coaching

Whether you are working through a specific conflict in your life or are thinking about a bigger change in your relationship to conflict and growing skills to sit with tension, working one on one with people is my favorite way to do this work.

I offer both leadership & personal coaching, as well as short term conflict coaching to individuals who need help working through a specific conflict. I have a niche expertise in working with white leaders of non-profits and mission based organization on issues of power and privilege.

Group facilitation & Public Speaking

If I’m being real, I love people and I love to talk! If you need an emcee, a speaker, panelist, etc., I do not fear the microphone and have lot's of stories to share. I’ve developed multiple curricula relating to equity, nonviolence and belonging which I can customize into conversations to meet your group’s curiosity. My training style is very interactive and conversation based.

In the past I’ve spoken on introducing people to DEI concepts, health equity 101, principles of nonviolence, addressing white-supremacy culture, and more. If you are in the curiosity stage, I can help with board retreats and strategic planning, or work with you to design focus groups or assessments to learn from your community. I’m trained in Result-Based Accountability and participatory design, which give me a toolkit to facilitate just about any kind of conversation.

Mediation & Circle Practice

If you are seeking help with a conflict (or want to plan ahead before conflicts comes) I am trained mediator and circle practice facilitator. Let’s talk about creating a conflict resolution process before your group is in conflict, and how learning on principles of non-violence and tools like mediation and circle practice can create a culture where conflict is transformative.

You do not have to be an existing coaching client to reach out about mediating a conflict in your life, these services can be offered on a one-time or as needed basis.
